Calling All Kids - Winter Carnival this Saturday!

You'll want to join us this Saturday, February 17 from 
11 am to 3 pm for this FREE family-friendly, fun-filled event!
Start off at Siam Orchid, 511 Fairfield Ave., at 11 am for the 
dress-up, princess and superhero parade.

The Winter Carnival takes place indoors and outside, so if the weather is bad we have a backup date set for Saturday, March 10. Keep your eye on our Facebook page at or our website at for more details and updates about WINTER CARNIVAL In Vue 2018.

The City of Bellevue welcomes the Special Olympics' Greater Cincinnati Polar Plunge to the parking lot in front of Joe's Crab Shack on Saturday, February 17 from 9 am to 2 pm. It's the perfect day to "plunge" into a fun-filled day along Fairfield Avenue.

Attention Owners of Historic Properties

Take advantage of free sessions on topics related to your historic house on Saturday, March 10th. You'll find topics for repair and maintenance from the foundation to the roof of your house, how to research your house, paint colors, and preventing water damage. Meet vendors and preservation-related organizations, and much more. 

We'll even provide you with a morning snack and a free "Taste of Bellevue and Newport" lunch at the "Taste and Talk." Take advantage of one of two historic tours in Newport at the conclusion of the event.

NKY Restoration is an unincorporated association and collaboration of individuals who represent businesses, artisans and craftsman, non-profit organizations, the Kentucky Heritage Council, cities and the local historic preservation offices in Northern Kentucky whose main goal and purpose is to provide educational opportunities in and to advocate for historic preservation though organizing the NKY Restoration Weekend and related programming for architects, planners, business owners, and property owners. The weekend celebrates NKY's historic architecture while promoting historic preservation, rehabilitation, and sustainability to participants throughout the region. This event is made possible through sponsorships and is partially funded with a generous Certified Local Government grant given to the Cities of Bellevue and Covington from the National Park Service and administered by the Kentucky Heritage Council.
