This Friday, Interior Visions will be hosting 10 min demonstrations of the NEW aeroponic Tower Garden, an urban gardener's dream!
Happy growers describe the Tower Garden as "a farmer's market on your back porch". Beginners and experienced gardeners alike will enjoy learning how a vertical, soil-less aeroponic system works and its many benefits, including extended growing season, no weeding, and nutritious produce using as little as 10% of the water and land required in traditional gardening. Aeroponics is an emerging clean, green farming technology that helps to maximize resources, space and effort. Delicious fruits and vegetables can easily be grown on a patio, rooftop or porch, for the ultimate in eating local. To learn more, please visit meghans.towergarden.com.
Meghan Fronduti's focus is on practicing prevention and empowering families to eat healthier and feel better together. She, her husband and two children have improved their health dramatically over the past five years, primarily through a plant-based diet. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Meghan has been an independent nutrition and aeroponic gardening consultant with Juice Plus and Tower Garden for three years, and providing wellness workshops across the country. Meghan served as the aeroponics expert at Krohn Conservatory this summer as part of the "Let It Grow" exhibit.
