Don't Get "Malled"
Shop Small!

Bring the magic back to your holiday shopping.
Friday, December 1st beginning at 5 pm

Tired of the impersonal approach to shopping? Treat yourself to a joyful Friday evening filled with special holiday delights while you work on your gift list and enjoy a meal or a drink with friends.  All your favorite shops and eateries are anxious to serve and thank you for all your support this past year!

RESN8 Gallery & Studio invites you to Guy McIntosh, Painting Meditations

With over 40 years as an award winning illustrator and art director, Guy has turned his focus to the fine art of still lifes and portraits. His work is currently on display in well-known companies and the homes of many celebrities.
He has spent the last 5 years creating fine art paintings inspired by the old masters techniques of the Baroque era. Using the medium of acrylics and utilizing a traditional approach allows Guy the flexibility to create a mood that has a more contemporary, vibrant look without being photo realistic.
Painting for Guy is a personal journey that incorporates lessons from his career and the discovery of new insights to himself and the many collectors of his work.
Convenient Parking!

For your convenience use the municipal parking lot. You can access it by taking Fairfield Avenue and turning north on Taylor Avenue toward the river and the parking lot is on the left.

Santa on firetruck
Share Your Wishes

Visit Santa and Mrs. Claus on Friday and Saturday from noon to 4 pm on the patio of Schneider's Sweet Shop!

Join us for the tradition with Tom Rechtin, Sr. arriving with Christmas cheer on board his historic Bellevue fire truck at noon on Saturday at Schneider's!

Celebrate Small Business Saturday on The Avenue!

Small businesses drive the US economy and provide an authentic sense of place the mass retailers cannot. By shopping local independent businesses you receive unique offerings and exceptional service, all while keeping dollars reinvested locally instead of at far-away corporate headquarters. It is YOU that can help small locally owned businesses compete against the corporate businesses with huge advertising budgets, and help historic downtowns you love thrive.
On Saturday, be on the look out for cool Shop Small swag from American Express. #shopsmall
